A High Speed Chase that started in Chula Vista, San Diego California and ends up going up the 15 Freeway to through the Cajon Pass. The cops attempt several pit maneuvers. He eventually crashes into the guard rail and then he gets out and runs across traffic on teh other side of the freeway as cars zip by. He runs down the hill and tumbles several times. He looks kinda dazed and then gives up
